BATHING Treat your pet to a luxurious bath. Our special, cleansing baths remove dirt, debris and that doggie pet odor – your pet will feel fresh and revitalized. If scratching is a problem, our medicated baths contain soothing agents that stop the itching.
We require that vaccines including, Distemper, Rabies, Bordetella, be up to date as well as a current fecal exam (within 1 year) when your pet stays at the hospital. You will need to provide proof of these services prior to at check in. It would be helpful if your pet is due for a fecal exam to bring a stool sample with you. If your pet is due for vaccines please alert staff at the time the reservation is made.

BEHAVIORAL MEDICINE | Illness doesn't always have a physical cause. We can refer you to a trained Animal Behaviorist who can help determine the cause of such disorders as separation anxiety and obsessive behavior, and then develop a treatment regimen for the client. |
BLOOD TRANSFUSION | We maintain a supply of blood for all types of pets in case of emergency. The blood is collected from donor pets that live with their owners, and all blood is carefully screened for disease. |  View |
BOARDING Pets are like our children – we feed, nurture and lavish attention on them. Our highly qualified kennel attendants do the same when you can't be there. We provide tender loving care (such as brushing and cuddling), and supervised outdoor playtime to keep them happy and active.
We require that vaccines including, Distemper, Rabies, Bordetella, be up to date as well as a current fecal exam (within 1 year) when your pet stays at the hospital. It is helpful if you bring a fecal sample with you if your animal is due. You will need to provide proof of these services prior to at check in. It would be helpful if your pet is due for a fecal exam to bring a stool sample with you. If your pet is due for vaccines please alert staff at the time the reservation is made. If your pet is postive for intestinal parasites, fleas, ticks, or ear mites it is our policy to treat while your pet is boarding to prevent spread thruout our facilites. We appreciate you pet arriving by 4:00pm on weekdays & 11:00am on Saturdays, so we have time to get them walked, fed, settled, & when needed, vaccinated before we leave. Sunday night check out is available as a courtesy however your charges will be applied through Monday.

DAY CARE Is your pet unhappy or lonely while you're at work? Give your companion the personal attention he or she deserves throughout the day. We offer the same TLC and playtime offered to our longer-term guests.

DENTAL CARE Regular professional cleaning is important to maintaining your pet's teeth. We use modern and safe ultrasound to clean each tooth thoroughly - above and below the gum line. Dental technicians polish teeth to create a smooth, lustrous tooth surface more resistant to plaque buildup. Fluoride treatments help strengthen enamel and reduce tooth sensitivity. Advanced dental care is available.
We are proud to have a registered Dental Technician on satff, Hope Sloan. While all LVT's are trained in denistry & able to perform dentals, Hope has recieve additional training.

LASERS Lasers are a minimally invasive alternative to traditional surgery. Lasers replace scalpels in many procedures, and are useful for a wide range of conditions, such as cyst, tumor, and wart removal, and can even be used in declawing. Laser procedures result in less pain; less bleeding and less swelling. They reduce risk of infection and result in less post-operative discomfort.

RADIOLOGY Radiology – or X-rays – help our veterinarians evaluate muscular-skeletal, cardiovascular(cardiopulmonary), gastrointestinal, reproductive and urinary systems.
We are excited to have upgraded to digital radiography. This enables us to get radiograhs to specialists quickly when needed. Also with an assigned password, you, the client can view radiographs from home on the web.

SURGERY We offer the most advanced surgical techniques and technology. All patients are carefully screened for safety, and anesthetics are specifically tailored to your pet. Surgical services and facilities include: surgeon available for consultation; fully trained veterinary and technical staff, to ensure the safest, most efficient, state-of-the-art procedures for your pet; heated surgery tables for greater comfort; advanced sterilization techniques; ECG and oxygen saturation monitors; intensive after surgery care and full blood testing.
If you pet is scheduled for surgery s/he should be fasted from midnight on the night before the procedure. We require our patients to be at the hospital by 7:30 am the day of the procedure (if you need special arrangements made, please contact the office for management approval). Also allow yourself approximatly 20 minutes for a nurse check-in process. If you, the owner, can not be available to drop off your pet, please make sure that your representive is knowledegable of your pet's history & has authority to make choices regarding options available to you. We will also require a phone number(s) that we will be able to reach you at the day of the procedure in case of any emergencies or questions that may arise. If we can not reach you, we will make a desicion based on the patient's best interest.
